Connect a source
From Settings → Directory, authorize the source and run a sync. Cloptima imports teams and people tied to your customer ownership data and keeps them updated on a schedule.
Resolve identity conflicts
When the same person appears across sources or details don't match, Cloptima surfaces a review queue so you can resolve duplicates and mismatches and keep ownership clean.
Use it in attribution
